Even if you haven’t managed to upsell anything this time, it is worth suggesting treatments to clients throughout, and as their treatment ends. This planting of an idea in their mind will help when you’re looking to book their next appointment, and will ultimately earn you extra money in the future.
Finally, as with any successful business in the modern world, keeping an up-to-date and interesting social media feed, where clients can easily see your nail art expertise and other treatments (e.g. before and after photos) is a quick and relatively easy way to promote your talents. If a client has come in for a nail treatment without nail art, but has seen your latest Instagram post showcasing your nail art skills, they’ll be tempted to add nail art to their bill.
